Terms & Conditions For All Web, Reseller Hosting & Managed Root Servers

Account Eligibility:

By registering with MdmHost or using our services, customers acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

1: Our services are strictly available to users aged 18 or older. If you are under this age and use our services, your account will be terminated immediately.

2: If a customer registers on behalf of a third party, they agree that the third party is also bound by these terms, and they are responsible for enforcing compliance.

3: Customers are responsible for securing their account credentials. Any unauthorized access or damages resulting from credential mishandling are solely the user’s responsibility.

4: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.

5: MdmHost may request identity verification for payments, including credit card verification. Failure to comply will result in account cancellation.

6: MdmHost reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may lead to service suspension or termination.

7: We only accept customers who agree to uphold all applicable laws. We do not permit any illegal, abusive, or unethical use of our services.

Prohibited Activities:

MdmHost strictly prohibits the following activities and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in them:

1: IRC servers or related activities.

2: Automated browsing tools, traffic exchanges, bots, or similar software.

3: Illegal downloads/uploads, pirated content, or warez.

4: Hacking tools, brute force programs, IP scanners, or port scanning.

5: Email spamming or unsolicited bulk emails.

6: Fraudulent financial activities (HYIP, Ponzi schemes, Forex scams, etc.).

7: Gambling, lottery, or betting sites.

8: Public VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, or TOR exit nodes.

9: Cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities.

10: Hosting phishing, malware, or fraudulent websites.

11: File hosting or illegal streaming services.

12: Adult content hosting or any sexually explicit material.

13: Any activity that causes excessive server load or affects network stability.

14: Any attempt to bypass security restrictions or unauthorized access to server resources.

Usage Policy:

1: MdmHost provides unlimited bandwidth for standard usage. Excessive usage (e.g., over 15GB per day on shared hosting) may require an upgrade.

2: “Unlimited” resources are provided for small business and personal websites, not for file storage, backups, or abusive practices.

3: Any activity that affects server stability, uptime, or performance may require an upgrade to VPS or dedicated servers.

4: All reseller hosting servers have a limit of 200 outgoing emails per hour per cPanel account to ensure stability and prevent abuse.

Reseller Terms & Client Responsibilities:

1: Resellers must ensure their clients comply with MdmHost policies.

2: Reselling shared hosting accounts is strictly prohibited; resellers must use dedicated reseller hosting.

3: Resellers are responsible for customer support, billing, and service management.

4: MdmHost is not liable for reseller client disputes or service issues.

5: We reserve the right to review and modify reseller plans as necessary.

6: If a reseller’s cPanel breaks any of the terms, it will be permanently suspended or terminated.

7: If a reseller’s cPanel receives an abuse report from the data center, it will be suspended or terminated.

8: If any of a reseller’s clients’ sites/cPanels are flagged for abuse more than 3 times in a month, it may result in the reseller’s account suspension.
